ABOUT PRODUCTS

1. Where can I get information about product sizes?

Each product information page contains the product size chart and product details, please refer to the size chart and measure your body circumference in detail to get the right size.

Note: If you are unsure, please select a larger size. Or if you have any questions about this product, we suggest you contact our customer service team (support@fashionodd.com)

2. Sold out? What if the item I'm interested in is not available in my size?

New products sell out quickly, but we may have more soon! Please contact our customer service department via email and we will do our best to let you know if the item is available again. Please provide the best email address to contact you when it becomes available.

3. Can I get more information about the product?

We try to post as much useful information about all of our products as possible to help you purchase the best product for you.The product page for each item includes sizing, detailed descriptions, care instructions and, most importantly, lots of pictures.If you feel we need to provide any further information to help you, please let us know what you would like to see and we will do our best to include it.

ABOUT ORDERS

1. Where can I get information about my order (product type, quantity, color, etc.)?

First, you can view your order information by opening "Show order summary" during checkout.

Secondly, if you have placed and paid for your order, you will usually receive an email from fashionodd to check your order.

Finally, if not, you can contact our customer service.

Please note that if you have manipulated your order in error or experienced a network blockage during checkout, you can contact us to confirm that your order was placed successfully.   

2. I need to change something on my order, what should I do?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we're fast!) . Once the package has been processed and sent to the post office, we will not be able to make any changes.

3. Why is the color of the clothes I received a little different from what I saw online?

Due to the different screen colors of different electronic devices (computer, cell phone or iPad), especially CRT screen and LCD screen, the color of the item may be slightly different from what you see in the photos, please refer to the actual product. We hope you can understand us. We would like you to keep the clothes if it does not affect the look and mood of your favorite clothes. We will provide you with a promo code as compensation for future purchases. However, we will do our best to avoid this.

4. What if the size on the label is different from the size I ordered?

It is standard and routine that the sizes shown on the website will be converted to international sizes before the products hit the shelves. Therefore, if you find that your size is different from the size shown on the website, please do not panic and worry. The sizes we send you are correct. Put them on first and see how they turn out. If they don't fit you, you can absolutely return them. (See our return policy)

5. Why was my order cancelled?

Due to unforeseen events, the item you ordered is suddenly out of stock and no longer available. We guarantee that these situations are rare. However, if an item in your order is actually unavailable, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to cancel your order. If your order contains other items, those items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for a refund.

ABOUT COUPONS

1. How do I use the coupon code?

Go to the shopping cart page and click on "Checkout"; then enter the coupon code; the last important step is ---- and click on "Apply". So the coupon code is activated and the payment will be reduced by $xxx.

2. Can I use two coupons for one order?

Sorry, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons and other promotions and items are exclusive.

3. Where can I find your promotions?

Our promotions are placed on our homepage and you can find them when you open our website.

ABOUT PAYMENT

1. How do I pay for my order?

We offer Paypal and a variety of credit or debit cards (including VISA, MasterCard and Maestro) as our secure payment methods.

We take security very seriously and all credit and debit card holders must be verified and authorized by us and the card issuer to maintain security and prevent fraud.

2. Is it safe to use my credit card on the site?

When you use your credit card to make a purchase online, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transactions are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

3. Is there an exchange rate?

All of our transactions are based on the US dollar. If your credit card is denominated in another currency, the total amount of your order will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

ABOUT SHIPPING

1. How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Typically, you can expect to receive your package within 5-15 business days, except for pre-sale and out-of-stock items. 

2. Why is the shipping cost so high?

This is because of the high international shipping costs. However, orders over $29 will receive free shipping and we are working hard to reduce shipping costs.

3. How long does it take to ship and how can I track my package?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and tracking website via email. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail.

Please note that during peak times (such as Easter, Christmas or special promotions), your order may take longer to ship. Please check our estimated delivery times and contact us with your order number if your order is outside of these timescales.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs authorities.

ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Can I exchange or return a product that has not been shipped or is out of stock?

Yes, for unshipped or out-of-stock products, you can contact our customer service (support@fashionodd.com) first before exchanging or returning the product. For products that have been shipped, you cannot exchange or return them until you receive them.

2. How do I return it?

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item to initiate the return process. Clearance items are not eligible for return. (For example, a page or collection named "Clearance" or a product with "Clearance" in the title). If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email support@fashionodd.com

3. Should I pay return shipping costs?

Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We kindly ask you to double check the size information and confirm all your order details before placing your order.

4. Can I return the package to the address on which I received it?

Warmly note: Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. Return packages should be authorized. Any returns not authorized by customer service will not be accepted.

ABOUT TAX

1. Why is tax charged?

According to the requirements of the customs law, all goods imported to EU countries and the UK are subject to a tax of 10%-20%.

2. How is the tax calculated?

The tax is calculated on the total value of the goods after all discounts have been deducted. You pay only 10% (UK and EU) and the rest is paid by fashionodd. Once you have confirmed your shipping details, the tax charged on your order will be displayed at the checkout stage.

3. Can I get a tax refund?

If you have contacted our customer service and communicated your return/refund, the corresponding sales tax will also be refunded to your original payment method account.
